vibedoc_get_attachment

See an image attached to a task (a screenshot the user pasted): returns the image itself. Paths look like plans/tasks/assets/T512/1.png or plans/tasks/assets/draft-…/1.png; a task body links them as ![](assets/…), relative to plans/tasks/. PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF inside the project only.
