vibedoc_save_entry

Save one long-lived fact (convention, gotcha, decision, preference) as its own entry. Omit id to create; pass id to update. Put facts that should outlast this session here, not in the handoff.

Parameters

summary	string	yes	One line, at most 120 characters
body	string	no	Details and the why (markdown)
scope	one of "project" "group"	no	group = shared with every project in this project's groups (their sessions and recall list it as shared); project = this repo only. Default: project on create, unchanged on update. Refused when the project is in no group.
