vibedoc_list_docs

List the documentation grouped by section, with each doc's priority (P0 highest) when set: the root .md files and docs/, plans/, memory/. Other top-level folders that hold .md files are named at the end with a count; pass `dir` to list one of them. Use to discover what docs exist.

Parameters

dir	string	no	One top-level folder from the 'Other folders' line, e.g. "crates". Lists only the .md files in it.
