vibedoc_get_spec

Read one capability spec: the whole file, or only one requirement with its scenarios. Check it before changing that capability's behaviour.

Parameters

capability	string	yes	Spec slug, e.g. "board-views" (docs/specs/board-views.md)
requirement	string	no	Requirement name (case-insensitive); omit for the whole spec
