vibedoc_get_sessions

Agent and human sessions grouped from the activity log, newest first: who, when, tasks moved, docs changed, ADRs. Call at session start to see what happened recently.

Parameters

Name	Type	Required	Description
limit	number	no	Max sessions to return (default 10)
taskId	string	no	Only sessions that moved this task, e.g. "T003"
since	string	no	ISO timestamp; only sessions that ended at or after it
